01Nature of our services
TripLand is a travel & tourism agency acting as an organizing intermediary between you and end service providers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, insurers and others). Each service is subject to its provider's terms in addition to ours.
02Offers and pricing
Information displayed on the website — including packages and programs — is illustrative and subject to change, and does not constitute a binding offer. The final price and binding details are exclusively those in the written offer your consultant sends before confirmation.
03Visas
Our visa service is limited to file preparation and procedural guidance. Granting or refusing a visa is exclusively the decision of the embassy or competent authority; we bear no responsibility for their decisions, and embassy fees are non-refundable.
04Changes and cancellations
Booking changes and cancellations are governed by service providers' terms (airlines, hotels and others) and may incur fees. Your consultant explains the change and cancellation terms of each service before booking confirmation.
05Traveler responsibility
The traveler is responsible for the accuracy of their information, the validity of their passport (at least six months from the travel date is advised), and compliance with the destination's entry, residency and health requirements.
06Intellectual property
This website's content — texts, designs and logos — is the property of TripLand Travel & Tourism and may not be reused without written permission.
